Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

All custom orders are handcrafted and perishable, with some design variations expected. Please inspect your order closely upon pickup or delivery, as you are solely responsible for any damage thereafter.

Custom cakes and treats are fragile and may be damaged during transportation or setup. Exposure to heat and humidity can result in cracks, smudges, melted frosting, color changes, and other issues. We cannot be held liable for damage once the items are in your possession. Additionally, due to the subjective nature of taste, we are unable to offer refunds for taste preferences.

Unless otherwise arranged for delivery from us to you, it is your responsibility to pick up your order at the agreed-upon day and time.
